To submit an abstract you need to be logged in to the website. If you do not have an
account, please create one here
. Please note that other registered
users will be able to see that you registered to the website default. you can change
settings about this in Profile Settings
Click on the profile avatar on 'Top Right' of the home page and then on 'My Submissions'
This page shows you all the abstracts you have submitted. Here you will be able to follow the progress of your submission.
You will see a form that you should fill. Fill the form as required. The abstract should be self-contained and explicit, setting out the ground covered and the principal conclusions reached and should be one paragraph. The suggested length is 250 words, with a maximum of 300 words. Provide 3 to 5 keywords. Remember to attach a Microsoft Word document file of your abstract.
You do not need to use any template as this will be done automatically when your abstract is accepted.
If your abstract contains equations, please indicate 'Yes' in the field 'Does your abstract have equation(s)?'.
Do not worry if equations do not render properly in the abstract pasted in the form as they will render properly once your abstract is processed.
3. Submit the abstract
Once you have filled the form click the 'Submit' button at the bottom. If nothing happens, make sure that you have filled all the form fields
and attached a word document.
If you get a server error, please check here (https://www.iemss2022.com/my-submissions
that your abstract did not submit successfully before trying to submit the same abstract again.
In the case that you want to have your abstract moved to another session (or you have any other issues), please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
4. Wait for the abstract to be reviewed and accepted
This may take some time, you will be notified if your attention is needed and when a decision is reached.
